Here we have Doctor Who - The Fourth Doctor Handbook, published by Virgin Books in 1992.

This book is in good condition but I will let you be the judge of that.

There is no fading on the spine and no pen marks anywhere in the book.

The binding is excellent so no loose or missing pages.

There are no rips or tears anywhere and no dog eared pages.
