From my personal library--downsizing no longer needed

Excellent practice book. This out-of print book is a hard to find addition for a law library and offers timeless ideas and analysis. See photos of detailed Contents pages and "About the Authors" on the back cover, Covers scientific and advocacy aspects.

Other than the name blacked out with a Sharpie on the bottom outside pages, no underlining. No highlighting or writing. No torn or missing pages.  See photos. A handy go to resource with very helpful techniques and ideas. See the photos of the Table of Contents pages. While statutes and case law can change, they are easily researched/updated. The strategies, tactics, science, advocacy methods and the like are timeless. "Old School" Practice books such as this have gotten ridiculously expensive or are out of print as publishers have merged or gone out of business and the big publishers are now pushing people to subscribe to a service rather than provide a print book.  I've kept my trial practice and tactics books for decades, however, I am downsizing and no longer need most of my library.  This is a handy book.
