This Volkswagen Polo S A/C is a 5-door hatchback with a manual transmission. It has a 1.2 petrol engine and a mileage of 114001. The exterior colour is black and the interior is black as well.
The car was first registered in June 2010 and has a V5C registration document. With its right-hand drive and 5 seats.
The car is being sold as spares or repair as the garage has diagnosed a “sticky valve” so it chugs on start up. Have added a video so you can try to hear this. This does ease once after reviving or driving a few minutes to warm the engine though it has cut out a couple of times and needed restarting. No engine light currently showing though amber warning light has appeared in the past when it cut out. I did take it out for a drive the other day before posting so it should be possible to drive away on collection.
Bodywork condition is as shown on the photos. There are a number of scratches and a couple of dents. The highlight of which is the lightly scratched heart on the bonnet courtesy of my children (🤦♂️). There are a few minor chips of the paintwork from stones etc as would be expected for age.
The other main issue to note is that the boot lock is faulty so doesn’t open from the outside. It can be opened from inside with the seats down as shown in the photos. Was only using it to drive to work once a week since the pandemic so never looked to get the lock fixed.
Service book available with services in 2013, 14, 15, 18, 19, 21, 22, Nov 23. Fairly sure services were don in 16&17 too as it was in use throughout and can only assume we forgot to get it stamped at the time. Car has been in use throughout other than the pandemic year.
Two keys and V5 available.
