Very sweet old baby carriage with moving top piece.  The boy is from the early 70's, made in Hong Kong.  I put him with the carriage because the way he leans forward with his hands out matches the handle on the carriage,and they look great together.  He is 5' tall and hard plastic. He has a few very minor paint rubs, no cracks or chips, no fading. The carriage is 3.5' tall, marked Wannatoy USA on the bottom.  In perfect condition.  No idea about the baby- I added her to complete the set.  she is jointed and about 2' tall.
