Pictured is the KidKraft Chelsea wood dollhouse (kit # 65054) with 5 rooms and 3 levels. It measures 23-3/4" wide x 28" high x 10" deep. The house is incomplete (no stairs or accessories). It is in overall good condition, sturdy, clean with typical signs of use like light scratches and nicks. All the windows and doors open and close nicely as they should. The right side of the roof has a small piece broken off, but the appearance is not that bad since it was evened-off nicely (see pictures). There's some white sticker residue on the right side of the roof that I will remove prior to shipping.
NOTE: The dollhouse will be disassembled to reduce the expensive dimensional rate fee" being charged by carriers. The house will need to be re-assembled using the screws and Allen bolts provided (Allen wrench is included). All the sections have been labeled to identify where they fit (KidKraft also has free assembly instructions available online if you need them).
