VAT as from 1st July 2021 -  PLEASE NOTE. Vat is payable as from 1st July at the appropriate rate for the buyers' location and will be charged and collected by ebay.

ABBREVIATIONS: The following are used in describing the state of adhesives. NH = Never hinged - LH = Lightly hinged - HLO = Hinge(s) Left On stamp - HH= heavily hinged. - FU = Fine used - NG = No gum - HR = Hinge remainder.

Shipping of your item will usually be within a maximum of 48 hours from payment date ( exceptions where a bank Holiday occurs and shipping will be a little longer)

Payment by PayPal is the preferred option as it is quick and safer for us both. If you wish to pay by any other means please contact me through the E Bay messaging system. Prompt payment would be appreciated. Many thanks for your purchases.

SHIPPING - Items sent by unsecured mail are sent at the buyers risk - not mine. You may wish to check whether you are covered by your own insurance. For UK BUYERS 1st class post is £2 - Recorded delivery is £3.00 and Special delivery is £8 - ( Please ask for a revised invoice as they are set up for overseas buyers) OVERSEAS buyers the postage & packaging is a standard £3.00 and $10.00 for International Signed for. (Sadly - Recent postage increases) . If you purchase more than one item and wish combined postage costs PLEASE  E Mail  me and I will send the appropriate invoice. NOTE that shipping covers both postage and packaging costs.

PLEASE NOTE. Where the value of a combined invoice exceeds £50  then they should be sent by Registered Shipping for both our peace of minds to cover potential loss or damage.

ITEM NOT RECEIVED WITHIN AN ACCEPTABLE TIME SCALE.-  PLEASE if you think that your item should have reached you and it has NOT arrived within 14 DAYS  PLEASE let me know as soon as possible in order for me to contact the Postal Authorities for investigation. Thanks you

PLEASE BE AWARE  - I obtain a certificate of posting for all non-registered letters. Sadly this is not accepted by PayPal in their Seller protection policy. I have had very many 'lost' letters from certain countries. From now on all items valued OVER £50 will have to be sent REGISTERED for these countries unless you are willing to take the risk or are covered by your own insurance..

RETURNS

Returns should reach within 14 days of receipt and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please let me know if you are returning any item.
