On 8th May 2006, H&T floated on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM). On Ebay we focus on adding New & Pre-owned Jewellery & Pre-owned Watches daily. Our Ebay team is in the office on weekdays only from 08:30 until 16:30 excluding bank holidays and we will get back to any queries you may have as soon as possible. 

All of our items are shipped fast and free with Royal Mail. We usually dispatch an item within 1-2 working days to ensure the items reaches you as soon as possible.

Items over £250 will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm.

Items between £51-£250 will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For.

Items that are £50 and below will be sent Royal Mail First Class.

60-day no quibble returns on all items.

Buyer does pay for the return, however if this is a fault on our behalf and you have any issues, we would be happy to send out a free return slip to your address to make for a smooth, quick return and refund when the item comes back. Feel free to pop us a message if you do want to discuss this about a recent item you may have purchased from us.

All returned items have to come back in full, with anything that we would have sent with the item including the jewellery/watch box. Once returned, we will give the item a quick check over and process the refund directly through Ebay.
