Leather field jacket by Ralph Lauren, size Large. Refer to photos for sizing, as this would fit XL, as I am 44/46 inch chest.

Cracking leather jacket in the style of a Barbour type wax jacket without the hand warmer pockets. In lovely worn in leather which has been treated with leather oil for conditioning and weatherproofing. There are no defects in the leather other than one of the pockets has some minor stitching coming away at the flap pocket but not major. One of the studs has been lost from the pocket but this can be easily repaired. All studs are worn with the covering coming away showing the brass beneath.

There are tabs for a belt but unfortunately that has been lost in a recent house move. I never wore the jacket with it.

Interior is cotton tartan with large stowaway pocket and collar has throat tab to button up when the weather sets in.

Great jacket and haven’t seen another around. Cost in excess of £1000 a number of years ago. Still plenty of life left in this hard wearing quality jacket.
