We strive to be very detailed and accurate when describing our items for sale. What you see is what you get. We do not use stock photos, we take pictures of the actual item you will be receiving and everything that will be included in the purchase (cables, accessories, batteries, etc). If you don't see it in the picture and we don't describe it in the listing, please don't assume it will be there.

Most of our items are used. They are in good condition, but they are USED. Items that require wear and tear components such as fuses, batteries, bulbs, impellers etc. may not come with those components or if they do, the components may NOT be operational. When purchasing a used item, it is prudent to replace these types of items, regardless of how they look on visual inspection.

Set Sail Marine is a Fort Lauderdale based yacht servicing company that specializes in electrical installation and repair. We are ABYC Marine Electrician Certified and most of what we sell is good, used equipment that just needs a new home. It generally comes from boats getting a refit or electronics upgrade. We want to help promote recycling and repurposing of marine parts and equipment.

We've sold hundreds of items all over the world. Some memorable sales during a massive refit project: A 200hp, 1100lb engine went to Chile and a propeller to a FishPhart...

We are a family run business, so you might also see an eclectic mix of items with our marine specialty items.

Shipping

Many of our items are shipped the same day you pay but within 1 business day after receiving payment, for sure. Each item is carefully packed and the shipping envelope will contain a packing slip.

We ship domestically with USPS, FedEx and UPS.

We offer International shipping, which can sometimes mean additional fees and handling time.

We always try to provide the fastest, most economical shipping. Usually, this means USPS. If you need expedited shipping, we would be happy to provide it.

We really try our best to get you a good estimate of shipping from the calculator. It can be tricky with odd sized or weight items. If you ever have shipping questions or concerns, please let us know. We are happy to work with you.

We gladly accept Paypal.

Payment is expected within 7 days.

Your shipping address must be Paypal confirmed.

An unpaid item claim will be filed with eBay for all buyers who do not pay within 7 days.
