ROYAL COPENHAGEN ~ Fine Porcelain 10.25" DINNER PLATE (Blue Flowers) ~ Denmark

Description of item...

Here we have a beautiful vintage fine quality porcelain DINNER PLATE made by Royal Copenhagen of Denmark in the "Blue Flowers" pattern displaying hand painted blue flowers and sprigs on a white background with a ribbed border.

It measures approx. 10-1/4" in top diameter x 1-3/8" side high.

It is in wonderful maintained (hutch buffet cabinet displayed/used) condition with no chips or cracks, no damage noted...appearing to have had very minimal or no use. It is being offered in "as found" condition, lightly wiped for photographing.

The bottom is marked, "ROYAL ♔ COPENHAGEN ~ DENMARK ~ (3 Blue Wave Symbols) XC (artist initials) ~ 10/8549" and also incised "8549."

Came from a well cared for private home collection of many years, however the exact age is unknown, pattern discontinued, production run 1913-2002. This item weighs approx. 1-1/2 lbs., add 2 lbs. or so for the packing box and packing material. I combine shipping when safe and practical for all items purchased. I currently have matching Luncheon Plates from the Blue Flowers pattern on auction.
