Description: A miniature gouache on celluloid, painted by Philadelphia artist Peter Paone, while he was living in London in 1967. It is one of a series of psychedelic works he turned out during this period, and one of a much smaller series of miniatures, also executed during the same period. 

This one portrays a man (likely a self-portrait) of a man in a puffy hat and loud jacket. 

Size: 2.675" tall, 2.125" wide (frame).

Mark: Signed "Paone 9.67" in the upper right.

Condition: Damage to the paint surface from moisture, along the bottom edge.
