A really beautiful pair of made to measure Pure Dupion Silk curtains in wonderful neutral ivory/cream.
There are three matching sets listed as Lot 1-3 and i can combine postage costs if more than one is wanted. 
This is the largest pair and it also has some fraying - please read below.

The photos are good by eye for colour and comparisons given agains a Farrow and Ball colour chart. Very neutral colour. 
Generally in good condtion and most of the silk is still absolutely beautiful. 
These were floor length and there is some fraying and marks on the hem and fraying on one edge of each curtain  (approx 10cm). The other edge is fine and as these are two full widths per panel the frayed edge does not have to be the leading edge. Ideally these would be dry cleaned to bring them back to clean and pristine.
The lining is black out. There is some fading on the lining. They have a weighted hem. 


The dimensions above are for EACH curtain in the pair. Below are the measurements in inches and in centimetres. 
Please note that these are pinch pleated so are fixed width. They can be used on a narrower span but not made wider. The hooks give flexibilty to the height. The full length is listed but they could be made shorter by placing the hooks lower down if needed.  

Measurements below give the width along the hem and the fixed top.

Width: 82 inches (210cm) each ungathered at the hem and 45 inches (115cm) each at the pleated top. So these will span up to 90 inches (230cm) 
Drop : 89 inches (226cm)

I try to measure accurately but sometimes room for minor error so let me know if more precision needed. 

Postage costs includes insurance for the full amount to cover for any loss or damage in transit. The insurance costs are often greater than the actual postage costs. Collection in person is always welcome.

Buying second hand or vintage curtains means that there may be some small/superficial marks but once hung no one will notice. If I find anything major I will point it out in the listing and provide one or more pictures of the 'issues'.

My ratings for these great looking curtains are as follows: -

FABIC : The fabric of each of these curtains is in good condition. There are a few marks most along the hem and they would benefit from a dry clean but the fabric is still beautiful - Rating 8/10

EDGES: One edge of each curtain is frayed, the other is fine  - Rating 5/10

THE LININGS :The linings are in pretty good condition with some sun fading - Rating 7/10
