Gently used condition. I personally used this tent 2 times. One time was in a rain storm and the tent performed well (no leakage). Originally purchased on Amazon but no longer available. Includes tent, stuff sack, 8 stakes, and instructions (Trekking Poles not included). Tent has minor marks and dirt on it from use. Actual weight with stakes and stuff sack: 3 pounds 4.4 oz.
