This is a set of four antique original cast iron wheels from the 1950s or earlier. They came off of a set of antique farm scales.  They could be repurposed as a steampunk table or used as part of a hit and miss wheel mechanism. They measure 4 5/8" across and 3/4" center. They've been scrubbed but were pretty rusty. You may need to clean them further. A good clear coat or black spray paint would do them good as well. Please look closely at photos and ask any questions you may have.
