As new cost, approximately 460 pounds about 7 months ago, only used for one night camping comes with everything. I got it with carpet pegs, the ground sheet for main entrance, and sleeping compartments x2 . Will throw in air mattresses and fire pit as we will not be trying camping again due to our son not being able to manage with the change to his routine.  it's a great tent and will serve someone well.
