This is a vintage 8-track tape player manufactured by SOUNDWAVE in Japan. It is being sold as "Parts Only," indicating that it is not in working condition and is intended for use as spare parts or for repair.  When it is turned on there is lots of static.  It played an 8 track but seemed to be in slow speed.  It changes tracks.  Probably needs a good cleaning.
