**Please note: If I had left the coffee grinder assembled, as the other listings on eBay are, the chips at the base and the hairline crack would not be visible in photos**

That having been said, there are chips at the base of the ceramic basin, they lie under the lip of the cast metal grinder, so they cannot be seen when the unit is assembled. There is a hairline crack at the base, that is indicated in the photos, and also not visible when assembled. There are several tiny chips along the upper rim of the ceramic basin. None of these slight defects will prevent the grinder from functioning perfectly.

The measurements of this item on the wooden mount are 12” high and 3 1/2” wide. The weight is 3.26 pounds. There is no lid on this coffee grinder.
