This is a new WHITE seat cover removed from a new 21 inch seat. Commonly used for a 26 inch bicycle.

Easy to replace old seat cover.

Remove the old seat cover. Place this WHITE seat cover. Over the seat pan . Hold the seat cover in place with the holding points underneath the seat. Your done.

If your old seat cover is ripped. Torn. Held together with duct tape. Then this New seat cover is the answer.
