CONTROLLER APPEARS TO BE IN GREAT CONDITION.  I HAVE NO WAY TO TEST IT OTHER THAN PUTTING BATTERIES IN and the Green X light comes on and blinks.   I was told by person i got it from that it does work,  but again i have no way to test it
