To get the lowest postage price I put a piece of cardboard over the top and front side of the box and wrap that in a paper sack.

Ive sold tons of puzzles on eBay using this shipping method and have not had any issues.  Check my feedback.

Great puzzle.  LOVE the larger pieces.  Great for kids, elderly, or anyone who cant stand those TINY little pieces most puzzles are cut to.
