The Devon Riser Recliner Chair has been designed to offer greater independence and excellent comfort and support. It includes a top quality, dual motor mechanism which allows the user to operate the backrest and footrest one by one to find their optimum, relaxing position. The dual motor operation also allows the user to either recline the chair into a comfortable snooze position or raise to an almost standing position for an easy to transfer to and from the chair, all at the touch of a button.

In addition the team will remove an old piece of like-for-like furniture (eg single seater chair) and take it for recycling, this is perfect for those replacing an old or damaged chair.

Returns & Important Information
Returns Policy
Returns due to a fault within 45 days
If there is a problem with your product please contact us in the first instance on 0800 6445064 as with most issues we will be able to remedy by sending the appropriate replacement part. If you still wish to return the item, please send photos of the problem and we will take care of the rest for you. Faults occurring after 45 days are covered under our one year warranty on all products (see below)
Returns due to change of mind within 45 days
If you wish to return your product for any other reason within 45 days please send the item in a re-saleable condition to Morris Living, C/O Rainbow Nightfreight, Quibell’s Lane, Newark, NG24 2AL. If you wish to use our couriers to collect items please contact us for a quote. Please note this will cost more if the original packaging has not been kept. For this reason we strongly recommend keeping the original packaging for 45 days.
VAT Relief Eligible Products & Customers
VAT Relief is available on certain products only, this will be clearly displayed in listings. We will need you to complete a VAT Relief declaration before we can dispatch your chair, this is a simple e-signature document or can be posted to you if required. Please message us with the best number to contact you on after ordering. By doing so we can ensure we meet the estimated delivery timeframe given to you by eBay.
This is a legal requirement in order to claim the VAT relief, without the declaration you will be required to pay VAT in addition to the listed price. Many of our customers are eligible but full eligibility criteria can be found either on our website or via HMRC Gov UK site.
Warranty
Our products are covered by a manufacturer backed 12 month warranty on all parts. We hold extensive spares and in the unlikely event of a problem with your chair we will work with you and our partners to ensure it is rectified as quickly as possible.
Optional extended warranties are available on certain products.
