DEPECHE MODE Vintage 1999 Calendar UK Import Still Sealed

I am not a pro record grader but an avid collector so please see pictures for conditions. I do my best.

1: DEPECHE MODE Vintage 1999 UK Import Calendar Still Sealed with original shrink wrap. Metal hanger loop and grommets to turn pages. Import sticker from record store in New York on shrink of front cover. Front cover top right has a little residue where a price sticker was removed but shrink is not broken. Back cover shows all 12 pages with photos. There is a little buckling on back simply due to this being in sealed shrink wrap for 25 years, front is perfect. I think if opened this would easily flatten out. Back upper top left has a small 4” area where shrink wrap is broken [see specific picture]. Wonderful piece! EX
