This listing is for a vintage original X-ACTO Hobby 30 Piece set in the original dovetail cornered box. Has original X-acto man on top of box. See all photos as they are part of the description. Also included is the original X-acto Project Handbook and Hobby Tool Guide. Price on book is 35 cents!!!
The box does show wear with scratches throughout. There is a nick on the bottom left corner of the front of the box but is still in tact. Latch closes tightly. Hinges are in great condition.
The book is a great reference tool. Look closely at photo 7 which shows all pieces that can be in a set like this. The previous owner indicated with a pencil checkmark which pieces are in this set. They total 30. The book also shows how to do many different projects such as:
- whittling wood
- cutting wood
- routing
- chip carving
- leathercraft
- all different types of x-acto tools that can be used
