This timer contains the following functions:
1. Stopwatch, supports up to 99 minutes, 59 seconds, 99 milliseconds;
2. Count UP, support up to 99 minutes and 59 seconds positive timing. You can set the time when the timing is stopped, start from 0, and stop automatically when the time is set. For example, set the 30-minute positive timing, apply the remote control input 30:00, press the enter key, the clock will automatically display 00 00, press the start key to start timing from 00:00, and automatically stop at 30:00;
3. Countdown, support up to 99 minutes and 59 seconds countdown. You can set the countdown at any time between 99:59 and 00:00. For example, if you set a 30-minute countdown, you can use the remote control to enter 30:00, press the confirmation button to display 33 00, press the start button, and the timer starts counting down from 30 minutes. The time ends until 00 00.
4. Clock function. Support the 12/24 hour system for the actual price you show. H1 represents a 24-hour display and H2 represents a 12-hour display. The remote control can be used to switch between different display modes;
5. Alternate timing. This feature is also the most important feature of this clock. Users can use it to set the timing in daily fitness activities. The time is divided into training time and rest time. The training time is indicated by F and the rest time is indicated by C. Each set of timings can be kept on different shortcuts. For example, three different timing modes can be saved in the 1, 2, and 3 shortcut keys. When in use, simply press the shortcut and then press the start button, the corresponding set of time will start running. Supports up to 10 sets of alternate timing and quick save. The clock also has two basic fitness alternate timings, TABATA and FGB modes. Simply press the corresponding TABATA or FGB button to enter the corresponding timing mode.

This product is controlled by remote control, which is easy to operate and convenient. The product is equipped with a triangular hook that can be screwed to the wall for easy installation. It can also be placed directly on a table or on the ground. Whether it is home, fitness, sports, meeting timing, etc. are very good choices.

The built-in battery is not available due to the small internal space of the timer. Therefore, this product does not support the charging function. However, if necessary, the user can provide a 5VDC output battery to power this timer. The ordinary lithium battery in the world can be used. As long as the 5VDC output is equipped with a 2.1/5.5mm plug.
