 This Hummingbird was made in 1974.

It was the first square-shouldered guitar introduced in 1960.

The body style is similar to the Martin dreadnought, but the body size is larger.

After 1968, the bridge also changed from a top belly to a bottom belly bridge.


Top: Spruce

Side and Back: Mahogany

Neck: Mahogany

Fingerboard: Rose


Body Condition: Minor scratches and scuffs are scattered, and weather checks are visible throughout the body. The bridge plate is reinforced with a Rose plate.


Neck Condition: The neck is not warped and there is plenty of room in the truss rod. The paint is softening and deteriorating.


Fretboard and Fretboard Condition: The first three frets of the fingerboard are slightly worn. The frets are about an eighth of a fret less.


String height and saddle height: String height is 2.2 mm for the 1st string and 3.0 mm for the 6th string. Saddle height is 1.0 mm for the 1st string and 1.0 mm for the 6th string.
