Train and tender show wear / dust from age, use and long-term storage.  Train does not run.  Hear motor when applying power.  The front non-powered trucks in front and back are missing.  Side rods are loose from wheels, looks like there needs to be a part that keeps them attached missing.  Motor is loose from shell.
