This may be the hugest story key in the Marvel Universe.  The death of Gwen Stacy was a major turning point in Peter Parker's life and a total shock to all Marvel readers at the time.  This copy looks great, except that somewhere down the line the cover got folded over in a stack.  Very high grade otherwise.
