One pair of wonderful old Acorn Tipped hinges, circa 1880, from a hardware store old iventory buyout in Pennsylvania we did several years ago.  Dusty from so many years in storage but otherwise in meticulously condition, they were ever used.  

3 x 3 1/2, means they are 3" across when laid open and 3 1/2" up and down.  Lift off hinges that come apart easily and each has a washer between the two halves.
