One pair of wonderful New Old Stock Acorn Tipped hinges, circa 1880, dirty from so many  years in storage but overall really meticulously condition, they were ever used.  

4 x 4, means they are 4" across when laid open and 4" up and down.  Lift off hinges that come apart easily and each has a washer between the two halves.
