Here we have a Little Tikes Place Place dolls house or Grand Mansion Lidded Storage Chest Seat and Rocking Chair in blue and white.

These are very rare now and are becoming highly collectible.

These are from the late 1980s/early 1990s. 

The condition appears to be overall very good – please see the photos of every angle as they form part of the description. There is no major damage but general very light marks associated with very light play. They actually look like they may possibly have never been played with at all. In my experience even brand new items often have production marks.

These form part of a large personal collection of Little Tykes dolls house accessories which I am gradually starting to sell. Many of the items were bought from the USA.
