Vintage Italian double picture frame suitable for small photos. This is a lovely micro mosaic floral pattern with a brass base. It is in very good shape. The glass covers for photos are intact. I added the pics of Poe for fun!  The brass will polish nicely if desired. See pics for details and approximate measurements. I'm happy to answer questions.
