This is a vintage Kanawha Glass 1974 toothpick holder. The color is Amber. The Forget Me Knot also has the Hob Nail pattern. It has 3 legs. It is about 2 1/8 inches long by 2 inches wide by 2 1/2 inches tall. There are no chips or cracks. It is missing the Kanawha Glass label. This is the same one that is listed in the Kanawha Glass 1974 catalog on page 15. This would make a nice addition to your collection.
