All of our items are in good condition and come with a 30-day warranty from the time they arrive at their destination.

Return options include:

INSIDE SPAIN

1° Return, i.e. we send the company to pick up the defective part and deliver another one to you at the time.

2° We send the company to collect the defective part and once it is brought to us we make the full refund.

OUTSIDE SPAIN OR ISLANDS:

1° We send you a label so you can return the item and when we receive it we send a replacement.

2° We send you a label so that you can return the item and when we receive it we will refund you.

It is important that you know the warranty remains as long as the part arrives to us as we ship it (we make markings and photos before shipping to ensure they have not been opened and/or tampered with). If you do not comply with the warranty regulations your money will NOT be refunded or a replacement sent to you, so please contact us by direct message before making any decision and we will assist you as quickly as possible.

It is also VERY important that before making a purchase, you look WELL at the references to know how compatible it is with your vehicle as there are many parts that may be for the same vehicle but NOT compatible. If you have any questions, please write to us and we will help.
