This high quality pen was produced between 1931 and 1940 in England.

It is constructed of black chased celluloid and was advertised with a ‘vulcanite flush fitting lever’.

The pen is in excellent condition; all the markings and the chasing are quite sharp and the pen shows little signs of wear.

The 14K #2 Swan nib is medium to broad, wet, and flexy so as to add character to the writing.

The celluloid body has a nice feel in the hand.

Measures 4 7/8” closed and 6 1/4’ with the cap posted.

There are no cracks or chips evident. The clip and cap ring seem to be gold plated (most others were nickel plated).

The sac has been restored and it works as it should.

The box is in very good condition and is an interesting and uncommon item from the 1930’s.

The following points of inspection may be of interest:

- vintage

- no cracks or chips on either the barrel or cap

- shiny, micro scratches

- clip is tight

- cap posts properly
