Plants are guaranteed to arrive safely as long as you retrieve the package and open it promptly upon delivery. Let me know if you have any issues. 

All plants are greenhouse grown. Be careful exposing them to harsher conditions, especially immediately upon receiving them.

I generally begin preparing for shipments immediately upon receiving an order, but ensuring the plant is dry enough to ship safely may take a few days before shipping.
