New home could add to this bottle or use as decoration. It appears maybe black & white Faux Cameo  was added later. It doesn't really line up with the older age of the other materials. Either way it's pretty cool Vintage piece that can be redone or left as is.

It has been sitting around for a while. The easy to get the dust off but the Faux Cameo & glass will take a little more cate work.
