The lens has received a full service.

The whole lens has been disassembled completely, cleaned and re lubricated where appropriate.

New highest quality grease has been used on the focusing mechanism and aperture mechanism . Mechanically is in perfect working order since it received a full service. Ine mention, I have cancelled the auto aperture feature which would work only on some old cameras anyway, by adding a stiffer spring at the aperture mechanism, the old spring has failed. The lens works perfectly on digital, in manual aperture mode.

Optically it is in very good condition, I would say mint condition for an old lens, with no damages or scratches of any kind. All the optical elements have been cleaned individually, as well as exposed to UVC light to exclude any potential traces of fungus.

The barel shows normal signs of wear, there are no dents or damages , please inspect all the photos as they are part of the description. Everyone has his own opinion regarding this.
