Late model Randolph frame with new old stock(NOS) gray glass lenses! It rates a rock solid 9/10. The lenses are sourced from military surplus, non-polarized, no logo, which is correct for military issue. Randolph Engineering Aviator AF 52-20 matte chrome frame has had a full frame tune-up. Bayonet style temple arms.Full frame tuneup includes automotive quality detailing, disassembly, deep cleaning , tightening all hardware, new glass lenses, and new nose pads. Even changed the screws that hold the frame. There is some very minor yellowing on the temple tips. See pictures. All parts Randolph factory except the Fuse lenses. 52 mm lenses are the smaller size in the Randolph catalogue, suitable for an average or smaller sized person. 140 mm (5.5”) temple arm length. The frames are 5.25” wide. Use that as a sizing guide, with a pair of glasses that fit you well, to make sure these will fit your face. Please do this before you bid. Notice the clarity of the lettering on the frame. The lettering on the frame dates these glasses to around 2005. Frames are straight and true, in exceptionally good condition for the age, but not new. Do not purchase if you want new.
