Rare matched pair of Telefunken ECC803s, both in very good physical & technical condition.

Both valves were made in the Ulm Telefunken factory 07/11/1962 & 18/09/1962 respectivley. These valves that are well matched and giving good results and spec on an AVO VCM mkIV.

V1 - U7012100 (0990534) :

Ia1 = 1.05 mA | S1 = 1.7 mA/V

Ia2 = 0.85 mA | S2 = 1.6 mA/V

V2 - U8102900 (0921386) :

Ia1 = 1.0 mA | S1 = 1.65 mA/V

Ia2 = 0.8 mA | S2 = 1.5 mA/V
