Unfortunately these measures have been implemented due to an increase of claims made by buyers saying that they have not received an item and then claiming their money back from Paypal, leaving me out of pocket.
If you are not entirely happy & want to return an item please email me first to let me know. All items need to be returned in the original packaging within 10 days from the delivery date. Any item that exceeds £20.00 pounds will be sent with some form of insurance.
A FULL REFUND + FULL POSTAGE COST WILL BE REFUNDED TO YOU WHEN RETURNING AN ITEM as long as the grounds for sending the item back are reasonable. IE; broken item, item not as described(I HAVE NEVER HAD A CASE WHERE I HAVE OVERRATED THE CONDITION OF AN ITEM)... BUT WE ALL HAVE A BAD DAY! (In some cases, if i do not agree with your comments about the returned item i will refund the monies paid for the item but not the postage cost, this is to stop people from wasting my time. Sometimes people change their minds about purchasing an item that they have won, even if there is nothing wrong with the item, i don't mind that is cool!!...... everyone is entitled to have a change of heart, however i can't let it cost me money.

You can check my feedback for peace of mind, I try to do my upmost to keep everyone happy. I endevour to describe my items as accurately as i can, (many times i have been told by buyers that my items are much better when they receive them than I described them on the auctions, I guess this is always a nice surprise for you when you receive your item..... my feedback can back up this statement.
Sometimes i underrate the items to be on the safe side, however i understand that everyone may have different standards when evaluating the condition of an item, therefore if you are not entirely happy and want to return the item please email me first to let me know.
