as pictured it is covered in storage stuffs, they are not from it being Skated on

It actually may have not ever been used, as the bolt holes are not perfectly straight

It comes with the old original Nose guard and 360 round skid plate that looks pretty clean

We think that the few scuffs on the skid plate is just storage scuffs from over the decades..

Its hard to say if it really is New Old Stock and if it never got skated due to the bad bolt holes
