Note: Typewriter turns on. It would work fine if it were cleaned and change out the old ribbon for new. I noticed some of the keys were sticky but didn't mess with it. I also noticed a spring on the right side of the bar/lever that holds paper in place, has some wear, and will need to be replaced. Needs someone who knows how to clean and who knows what would need replaced after so many years. I don't have the time or patience. This is a wonderful machine! I learned to type on one like this, and there's no reason it can't be enjoyed daily, once again!
