Black full character skirt, handmade for Ballet exams.

Featuring 4 coloured ribbon bands in bright green, dark blue, red and yellow.

Waistband total size is 29".

I think I wore this from when I was about 9 years upwards.

Length is also 29".

On smallest velcro setting waist is about 22*.

Cotton.

Waistband fastening can be adjusted.

Condition is worn but fine.

Needs rehemming where the stitching has come loose.
