Panasonic DVD Palmcorder VDR-D50P with Charger AC Adapter Memory Card. I did not have any miniDVD to test functionality, but the rest of the camera works fine.  The battery appears to hold a charge, but due to the age I CANNOT guarantee any length to the charge.  Comes as shown.
