A Karl Palda designed 1930s whisky decanter and glasses set. The decanter has the original chunky stopper which is fitted into the bottle with the usual insert and quarter twist. The decanter has typical Art Deco applied enamel geometric designs with additional etched floral fields. The glasses are small shot glasses which also have a similar applied geometric design. One glass has a little rim chip (see last picture).

The decanter stands approx 19.5cm tall and 11cm wide. The glasses stand approx 8cm tall and 4.5cm wide.

Condition: The decanter body is in very good condition with some expected wear to the underside and signs of historical use internally. The enamel is undamaged as is the glass. The decanter stopper is also in excellent condition with no nibbles, chips or reworking. Five of the glasses are in perfect order while one has a little chip on the rim (see last picture).

Photographs are of the actual decanter set for sale.
