Owned this from new - Technics SL-1210 mk2 in very good overall condition having only been used at home but needs a new tone arm soldering on internally. Existing tonearm managed to get cracked and then snap. Hence the low starting price.
The deck I would say is 8/10 surface condition wise with only some light surface scuffs in places - no dents/dings etc and everything else like audio/motor/pitch/power/lights etc working 100%
Transparent cover is 4/10 as this got cracked when it was in storage off the deck.
Apart from the tonearm it's fully working and I've had no problems with it - it just needs a new tonearm attaching like I say.
I have the new technics tone arm but have never gotten around to soldering the replacement one so selling it as a bundle now. I just don't get the time for this project and not playing vinyl anymore.
Listing includes deck + lid + brand new Technics original tone arm + original broken tonearm for parts and Ortofon pro S cart.
