This is a Used Marshall MG100HDFX Guitar Amplifier Head in a purple tolex.

As with most of my musical equipment, I am not the original owner of this.

Condition is very subjective, but I would rate the condition as “Very Good Condition”.

Aesthetically:

• The Marshall logo is cracked and missing a piece.

• Minor nicks, paint mark?, bumps to the tolex.

• Slight oxidation on a couple of the chassis screws.

• Cracked top right rear corner protector.

• But all in all, a very good looking amp head and a great representation of the MG line.

Functionally:

Plays like a dream. I own a handful of Marshall tube and solid state heads. But this is my favorite in the Marshall solid state line - MG100HDFX Specifically.

• No scratchy pots.

• No flaws sound wise.

• All controls and jacks work fine.

I do not have a footswitch for this, but any standard two-button footswitch will work. 6’ power cord will be included, but no speaker cables.

The price on this item is a reflection of the difficulty in obtaining purple MG heads, let alone in this condition. And due to my absolute unhealthy obsession of purple! If these don’t sell, it won’t break my heart. Most people are unwilling to part with them, or unwilling to ship them.

I have 3 of them. Keeping the freshest looking one, and selling the other 2. Thinning the proverbial herd.
