• These seller refurbished graphic cards are in excellent condition. They have been cleaned, tested and confirmed working using a desktop PC running Windows 10 Pro.
• This sale is for the graphic cards only, without original packaging, unless otherwise stated.
• No cables, connectors or adaptors are included with this sale, but I may be able to offer advice for connection solutions.
• No drivers are included with this sale, nor am I able to source drivers or offer advice regarding drivers.

UK Shipping & Delivery

• UK shipping using Evri Standard Tracked delivery service.
• Items will usually be packaged on the same day as receipt of payment.
• Packed item will then be in my local Evri Parcel Shop for earliest collection by them next working day.
• Delivery with this service is typically 3 - 5 working days from collection.

Global Shipping & Delivery

• Global shipping is managed through eBay's Global Shipping Program (GSP).
• At the time of sale you will receive an invoice from GSP showing full shipping costs and delivery details (I cannot change this).
• Items will usually be packaged on the same day as receipt of payment and shipped by me to the GSP Shipping Centre here in UK.
• GSP will then manage international shipping, tracking and customs processes, then forward the item on to you.

Returns Policy

• Return requests will be accepted within 30 days from receipt of item unless otherwise stated.
• Please contact me by email to request returns.
• Return shipping cost to be paid by buyer unless agreed otherwise.
• Refunds will be only be made via PayPal on safe receipt of returned item.
• In extreme cases, where agreed, refunds may be made without sight of the the purchased item.
