Hello! Please feel free to ask any questions about the item. I will do my best to provide prompt answers.

I have for sale a Soviet professional 16mm film camera. KINOR 16CX-2M.

The camera comes with:

3x magazines 100ft,

1x 400ft,

1x electronic motor 25 fps,

1x 10mm lens LOMO OKS3-10-1 (lens have original caps front and back)

Visual condition:

The camera looks very good, there are visible signs of use, such as paint chips and dirt. The camera was probably repainted. It looks really fantastic. The 100 ft magazines come with special adapters that allow you to put film on the core, and when you remove them, you can use normal daylight spools. The large 400 ft magazine works only with cores, it is not possible to put on a daylight spool.

Technical condition:

The camera appears to be fully functional. After putting the tape in the magazine and connecting the power supply. The tape passes through the camera without much problem. The image in the viewfinder is clear and stable. However, there were some dust particles inside in the upper right corner. I have noticed a problem with the motor switch, probably due to the long lying, the contacts are dirty or rusted and it does not always start the camera immediately. Sometimes you have to move the switch 2-3 times. I think it's a matter of taking the switch apart and cleaning the contacts inside. The motor itself as well as the camera runs very, really very quietly. The small red light indicating shooting, does not work, probably should be replaced with a new one, the one on the back of the engine lights up during operation.

By a previous owner, a standard power plug for 12V devices was brought out to the motor. It may not be very aesthetically pleasing but it works :) You can, of course, desolder this and install a more professional plug such as XLR.

All the magazines were disassembled and lubricated by me. The camera mechanism was also opened and lubricated.

The lens has visible small scratches on the front lens, an the rear lens has visible small spots. This does not significantly affect the image seen on the camera's matte.

Below is a video of how the camera works with the film on. Just click the link below.
