Heavy duty vinyl, glitter. I have had tons of success having these put on shirts over the years…. Nicely preserved over the past decades and ready to show off!!!  If you don’t have your own heat press, I’d suggest taking them to a t shirt shop to have applied otherwise you can do at home with a nice iron, but you must be patient.
